These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Winway33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Winway33 website accessible at winway33.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotional activities.

Winway33 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform providing services to eligible players, including those located in Malaysia. By accessing, browsing, or registering on Winway33, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Winway33.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered player account created on the Winway33 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's Account at any given time, comprising Real Money Balance and, where applicable, Bonus Balance.
• "Bonus Balance" means credits awarded to a player as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the player or credited as cleared winings, available for withdrawal subject to verification requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it is eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the Winway33 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is expressly prohibited by local law.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.

To register and maintain an active Account on Winway33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Winway33 does not permit registration or play by persons under this age, and we actively verify age as part of the KYC process.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a current or former employee of Winway33, a related entity, a licensed game studio partner, or any immediate family member of such persons.
4. You must not be self-excluded from Winway33 under the Platform's Responsible Gambling tools, or excluded from gambling platforms generally under a national or regional self-exclusion scheme where such schemes are in operation.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — meaning you must not be acting under legal guardianship or any court order that restricts your capacity to contract.

Each player is permitted to hold exactlyone registered Account on Winway33. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances without notice.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. The minimum information required includes:

• Full legal name (as per your government-issued identification document)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Malaysian mobile phone number
• Preferred currency (MYR is the default and recommended currency for Malaysian players)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at our discretion for large deposit volumes, Winway33 will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting the following documents:

Winway33 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation. During KYC review, withdrawal requests will be held pending verification outcome.

Deposits. Winway33 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). The minimum deposit isRM 30. Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment channel.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals may be requested at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used for the equivalent or greater value of funds (the "source of funds matching" principle).
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before the portion of balance derived from bonus activity can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Winway33 targets processing e-wallet withdrawals within 15–30 minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within 60minutes for verified accounts. These are targets, not guaranteed timelines, and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional security checks are required.

Currency. All Account balances, wagers, winings, and transactions on the Platform are denominated in MYR unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency channels. No conversion fee is applied by Winway33 when transacting in MYR.

Winway33 offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

1. Wagering Requirement: The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Common values range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement is satisfied.
2. Maximum Bet During Active Bonus: While a bonus is active on your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per wager is RM 300, unless the promotion terms specify a lower limit. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in immediate bonus cancellation.
3. Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. As a general guide: online slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%; sports pre-match bets at odds above 1.5 typically contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
4. Bonus Validity: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses expire within 14 calendar days of being credited to your Account. Expired bonuses and any associated winings are automatically forfeited.
5. Maximum Cash-Out: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawal derived from any bonus offer is capped at 5x the bonus value. Winings exceeding this cap will be removed from the Account balance when the withdrawal is processed.
6. One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method unless specifically stated otherwise.
7. Winway33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if the Platform suspects abuse, system error exploitation, or collusion.

All bets placed on the Winway33 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer titles, or sportsbook markets — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the Platform's system and reflected in your Account activity log. Verbal or written communications with support agents do not constitute bet placement.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a game or system error during a live game round or sports event, Winway33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' Real Money Balances. This process is carried out in good faith and represents the sole remedy available.
• Sportsbook Markets: Winway33's sportsbook covers EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other major markets. All sports bets are subject to event-specific rules published on the relevant market page. In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the exact time of bet placement.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed at the point of wagering. These limits may be adjusted by Winway33 at any time and without prior notice.
• Obvious Error: If odds, RTP values, or game parameters are published in obvious error — for instance, a sportsbook market offering arithmetically impossible odds — Winway33 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Winway33 Platform. Winway33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in any of the below, with or without prior notice:

• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or any method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or sports exchange markets.
• Use of Automated Systems: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any activity that could constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law. Winway33 complies with relevant anti-money laundering obligations and reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks through your bank or payment provider after wagers have been placed or bonuses have been used.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access, operate, or place bets through your Account. Each Account must be operated solely by the registered account holder.
• Accessing from Prohibited Territories: Accessing the Platform using VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention tools bypass geographic restrictions or access limitations.

Winway33 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following player-facing tools that can be activated by contacting our support team or through your Account settings where available:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total funds you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately upon request and can only be decreased (not increased) for a cooling-off period of 7 days.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on total losses within a defined rolling period to prevent runaway loss accumulation.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed and closes the Account entirely.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic in-session notifications reminding you of your time spent and wagers placed during the current session.

All content on the Winway33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Winway33 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include:

• The right to resell or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.
• The right to download or copy account information for the benefit of any third party.
• The right to use data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.
• The right to frame or mirror any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from Winway33.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property will immediately terminate the licence granted under these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Winway33 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from Platform downtime, technical failure, or maintenance.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to account security obligations and eligibility requirements.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or telecommunications networks that affect your gaming experience.
• Losses arising from any reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, promotional descriptions, or game RTP estimates.

Where a jurisdiction does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, Winway33's liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Winway33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, subject to the following principles of fairness:

• Where suspension is due to a suspected breach of these Terms, the Account holder will be notified and provided an opportunity to respond before permanent closure, unless the nature of the suspected breach (e.g. fraud or money laundering) requires immediate action without notice.
• Where the Account is closed at Winway33's initiative for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g. regulatory withdrawal from a market), any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.
• Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned subject to completed KYC verification and applicable processing timelines.

You may also request self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling provisions of these Terms, which constitutes a specific form of Account suspension with different reactivation conditions.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Winway33 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and Winway33, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek resolution through our internal complaints process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority or a recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided upon request.

Winway33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Where a material change is made that significantly affects player rights or obligations, Winway33 will endeavour to notify active players via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically — at minimum once per calendar quarter — to ensure you remain aware of the current version governing your use of Winway33.
